First birth of Asian otters!

On June 6th, after 2 months of gestation, Mei the female otter gave birth to 6 wolffish. When they were born, these cubs weighed only about 50 g and had their eyes closed. It was only 2 months later that they started to come out of their den, called catiche. These are the first cubs of Mei and Saper, 2 grey otters, also called dwarf otters, who arrived at the park last summer.
Both parents are actively involved in their breeding!
